Staying Healthy

Museum Rules

To ensure a fun family visit, we encourage all guests to be kind, be safe and to share.

Stay Together, Play Together
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18 years or older) at all times during Museum visits. Adults visiting the Museum must be visiting with a child or have a scheduled appointment.

Shoes Are Required

Guests must wear shoes while playing in the Museum. Socks are preferred in our Science City climber experience and our Pocket Park tumble area.

Walking Feet

For the safety of yourself and others, please walk in the Museum.

Food and Drinks

Please utilize our designated seating areas to eat: the cafe area, the Atrium and the balconies (weather-permitting). Groups larger than eight (8) will be asked to eat their snacks or meals in the Atrium. Birthday parties, large coolers, cakes or catering is not permitted. Guests must use drinkware with lids, no glass containers are allowed.

Hygiene

Diapers are only to be changed in the restrooms. Wash hands and use hand sanitizer regularly during your visit.

If you or someone in your group is sick or feels unwell, please stay home and reschedule your visit.
