Full payment and your completed, signed contract must be submitted to the Museum three weeks prior to your Field Trip. All payments are non-refundable. The Museum accepts credit cards and checks.

Yes, you can request a payment extension by emailing education@bbcmkids.org. However, a request does not guarantee an extension will be granted.

To officially confirm your reservation, a signed contract and payment have to be submitted by the deadline in your confirmation. Reservations without a submitted signed Group Contract and or payment are subject to cancellation.

Groups arriving without a reservation will be charged based on the number of children in their group and will incur a $30 late reservation fee.

No, Museum memberships cannot be used for child or adult admission for Field Trips.

Yes. Groups mainly comprised of children and/or adults with disabilities and/or sensitivities are eligible for a free, Self-Guided Field Trip.

Buses may park along Wisconsin Avenue. Groups should enter through our north or east entrance

At this time, the Museum does not provide funding to subsidize bus transportation for field trips. We continue to explore future funding opportunities to support transportation for schools that meet eligibility criteria. If this changes, our team will communicate updates directly with eligible schools.
